Today, the President of the Nebraska Agri-Business Association, Scott Merritt, submitted comments to Jean Overstreet, Director of the Pesticide Re-Evaluation Division of the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) on behalf of the association members. The EPA is currently conducting its registration review of this chemical and is accepting comments until September 16, 2024.
