Revised Definition of WOTUS Overturned as Senate Passes Congressional Review Act
On March 29th, the U.S. Senate passed the WOTUS Congressional Review Act (CRA), which resulted in the overturning of the Biden administration’s finalized WOTUS ruling. The final vote garnered a 53-43 outcome, which included support from Democratic Senators Rosen, Cortez Masto, Manchin, Tester, and Sinema. While this accomplishment is undoubtedly a cause for celebration, President Biden is anticipated to veto the decision.
