The Nebraska Department of Agriculture held a hearing on October 14, 2020 for the proposed amendment of the Nebraska Administrative Code, Title 25, Chapter entitled Pesticide Regulations. The regulations are being amended to be consistent with the Pesticide Act as amended by LB 320 of 2019 and federal applicator certification regulations found at 40 CFR Part 171.
